Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. (“Brave Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates the website playgami.gg (“Playgami,” the “Platform”), collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit and play games on the Platform. By using Playgami, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.

1. Instant Play — No Account Required

Playgami is an instant-play HTML5 gaming website. You do not need to create an account, register, or provide any mandatory personal identification such as your name or email address to play our casual games. The vast majority of visitors play entirely anonymously.

We deliberately minimise the personal data we handle. Most information we process is technical and is generated automatically by your browser rather than knowingly submitted by you.

If we later offer optional features (for example, saving progress or a player profile), any personal data you choose to provide for those features will be handled in accordance with this policy and only as necessary to deliver the feature you requested.

2. Information We Process

  • Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate (city-level) location derived from IP, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring pages, and interactions such as games launched and time spent.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: identifiers stored on your device for functionality, analytics, and advertising (see Section 3).
  • Optional data you provide: for example, the content of any message you send to our support email.

3. Cookies, Web Beacons & Advertising

Playgami is supported by advertising. We and our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons (pixel tags), and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

Google advertising. We use Google services, including Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie and the Google advertising ID — together with web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can review how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out of personalised advertising, here:

Where required by law, advertising and analytics cookies are only set after you provide consent through our Consent Management Platform (CMP). You can review or withdraw your choices at any time: Manage cookie preferences.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR — EEA & UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for advertising and analytics cookies and for any personalised advertising, obtained via our CMP. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Legitimate interests — for operating, securing, and improving the Platform, preventing fraud and abuse, and serving non-personalised, strictly necessary content, balanced against your rights and freedoms.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

5. United States Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides you with specific rights. The use of advertising cookies to deliver behavioural, interest-based advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under these laws.

  • You have the right to know, access, and delete personal information we hold about you.
  • You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can exercise this through our cookie preferences or by emailing us at the address below.
  • We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

6. Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

Playgami is operated by BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore. Any personal data we process is handled in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) under the corporate responsibility of BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. We collect, use, and disclose personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances and, where required, with your consent. You may contact us to access or correct your personal data, or to withdraw consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain technical and usage data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — typically short retention periods for security and analytics — after which it is deleted or aggregated so that it no longer identifies you. Advertising identifiers are retained according to the relevant partner’s policies.

8. Sharing With Third Parties

We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Platform, including advertising partners (such as Google), analytics providers, hosting and content-delivery providers, and game developers whose games are embedded on the Platform. We do not sell directly identifying information such as your name or email.

9. International Data Transfers

Because we operate globally, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.

10. Children’s Privacy

Playgami is a general-audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we instruct our advertising partners to limit ad personalisation where required for such audiences. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we process. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Platform.
