Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. (“Brave Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Singapore, governing your access to and use of the website playgami.gg and all games and content made available through it (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. The Service

1. Playgami is a free, browser-based game aggregation portal offering instant-play HTML5 and WebGL games. No account, registration, or personal identification is required to play.
2. Because there are no user accounts, any game progress, settings, or preferences are stored locally in your browser (for example, via LocalStorage or cookies). Such local data is your sole responsibility and may be lost, reset, or permanently wiped when you clear your browser data, switch devices or browsers, or use private/incognito modes. We do not back up, restore, or guarantee the persistence of any local progress.
3. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform, including individual games, at any time and without notice.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property

1. The Platform itself — including its source code, HTML5 wrapper architecture, design, layout, the “Playgami” name, logos, and all related branding — is owned by or licensed to BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Games hosted on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective third-party developers and rights holders. Such games are made available to you under license. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership in those games to you.
3. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its games except as expressly permitted in writing.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

1. Use automated means — including bots, crawlers, scripts, or scrapers — to access, index, harvest, or extract content or assets from the Platform without our prior written permission;
2. Frame, mirror, embed, hotlink, or otherwise reproduce the Platform or its game assets on any other website or service without our prior written permission;
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of our H5 wrapper architecture or any software on the Platform;
4. Launch or facilitate any denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attack, transmit malware, or otherwise interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Platform, its servers, or its networks;
5. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or access controls; or
6. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

5. Third-Party Advertisements & Links

1. The Platform displays programmatic third-party advertisements and may contain links to external websites, products, and services. These are provided by independent ad vendors and third parties.
2. BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility or liability for the content, products, accuracy, legality, or privacy practices of any third-party advertisement, vendor, or linked website. Your interactions with such third parties are solely between you and them, and are subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (“As Is”)

1. The Platform and all games are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore.
2. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of latency, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD., its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, lost local game progress, browser crashes, device issues, in-game latency, or service interruptions, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free service, is typically zero), or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRAVE GAMES PTE. LTD. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Platform, are governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
2. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute or claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

1. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
