Browser Controls

• Select & Move: Click or tap one of your discs, then click the square you want to move to. Discs move one square diagonally forward on the dark squares — and Red always moves first.
• Capture: Jump diagonally over an adjacent enemy disc into the empty square beyond to take it. Captures are mandatory — if a jump is available, you must play it.
• Multi-Jump: If another jump is available from your landing square, keep going — chained captures are made in the same turn.
• Game Controls: Use Undo to take back a move, offer a Draw, or Resign. The move list tracks the whole game, and Settings lets you toggle music, sound effects, and the game timer.

Special Rules

• Mandatory Captures: Classic draughts rules apply: whenever a capture is available, you have to take it. Strong players use forced captures to set up sacrifices and traps.
• Multi-Jumps: If your capturing disc lands where another jump is possible, the chain continues — one turn can clear several enemy discs.
• Crowning a King: A disc that reaches the far row on your opponent's side is crowned a king (marked with a star) and can move and capture both forward and backward.
• Game Clock: An optional timer gives each player 10 minutes for the whole game. Toggle it in Settings — it applies to new games.
• Winning the Game: Capture all of your opponent's discs or leave them with no legal move. Games can also end by resignation or an agreed draw.

Pieces

• Man: The standard disc. Moves one square diagonally forward on the dark squares and captures by jumping. Each side starts with 12.
• King: A crowned disc, marked with a star. Kings move and capture diagonally in both directions — forward and backward — making them far more powerful than men.
