Browser Controls
- Drop a Disc: Click or tap a column and your disc falls to the lowest empty slot in that column. Every drop changes which squares both players can reach next turn, so place with a plan.

- Resign & Rematch: Use Resign to concede a lost position, then start a fresh match with Play Again from the results screen.

Special Rules
- Gravity: Discs always fall to the lowest open slot in the column you choose — you can never place one mid-air, so the board builds from the bottom up.

- Draws: If the grid fills before either player connects four, the game is a draw. Watch for it in tight, defensive matches.

Winning Strategies
- Control the Center: Every horizontal and diagonal four must pass through the middle of the board, so the center column is the most valuable real estate. Strong players fight for it from move one.
- Block at Three: The moment your opponent has three discs in a line with an open end, treat it as an emergency — block the fourth square immediately unless you have a faster win of your own.
- Build Double Threats: The classic winning pattern is two threats at once: set up two separate three-in-a-rows so your opponent can only block one. Whichever they cover, you complete the other.
- Mind the Square Below: Never drop a disc directly beneath a square that would complete your opponent's four — you'd be lifting them onto the winning square next turn.
