How to Play
Duck Slide.io is a free water slide racing game that runs in your browser โ no download, no sign-up. You start at the top of a twisting water slide with 11 rival racers, and everyone splashes down toward the pool at the bottom. Your duck speeds up on its own; you steer โ drag left and right with the mouse, or use A/D or the arrow keys โ to ride the boost pads, dodge the swinging hammers, grab stars for coins and bump rivals off the slide. Each race picks one of five slides at random. Reach the pool to collect a placing bonus โ 20 coins for 1st, 15 for 2nd, 10 for 3rd and 5 for any other place โ on top of everything you picked up on the way. Spend coins on 12 characters, from the free Yellow Duck to the 6,000-coin Shark, and on ten levels each of Speed, Handling and Booster. Daily tasks and five free coin rewards keep the upgrades coming. The game opens in Japanese automatically for Japanese browsers, and you can switch between English and Japanese any time in Settings.

Special Rules
- The Race: Twelve racers start together: you and 11 computer-controlled rivals. Each race uses one of five water slides, picked at random, and ends in a pool at the bottom. The ranking in the top-left corner updates live as you overtake, and your speed is shown in MPH.
- Places & Coins: Reaching the pool pays a placing bonus: 20 coins for 1st, 15 for 2nd, 10 for 3rd and 5 for any other place. Everything you collected during the race is added on top.
- Stars: Stars float along the slide. Each one you slide through is worth 3 coins.
- Knock Rivals Off: Bump a rival duck from the side and it flies off the slide โ that's another 3 coins for you.
- Boost Pads & Hammers: Boost pads on the slide push your speed up for five seconds; how big the boost is depends on your Booster stat. Swinging hammers slow you down for five seconds if they hit you.
- Falling Off: Steer too wide over the edge and your duck can fly off the slide. If it lands on the ground instead of in the pool, the race ends early and pays only the coins you had already picked up.
- x3 Coins: After a race, the x3 button pays that race's coins three more times on top. In our test a 3rd place worth 46 coins added another 138.
- 12 Characters: You start with the Yellow Duck for free. The others cost 200 coins (Red Duck) up to 6,000 (Shark): Cat Duck, Goggle Duck, Helmet Duck, Crown Duck, Rocket Duck, Ship Duck, Dolphin, Submarine and Unicorn come in between. Each one starts with slightly different stats.
- Upgrades: Speed, Handling and Booster can each be upgraded ten times per character. The first level costs 20 coins and each next level costs 100 more, so maxing one stat costs 4,700 coins. Every character reaches the same top stats when fully upgraded.
- Tasks & Free Coins: Four tasks โ play a race, play three races, upgrade three times, unlock a new character โ pay 50 coins each and open one after another; they reset every day. The Free tab hands out five rewards of 50, 50, 100, 150 and 200 coins, one every five minutes.
- Progress Saves: Your coins, characters and upgrades are saved in your browser on this device.
Racing Tips
- Pick up everything: Stars and knockouts add up fast: in our test a 2nd-place finish paid 15 coins for the place and 45 more for pickups. Steer through star lines instead of only racing the shortest line.
- Bump from the side: Rivals fly off when you hit them side-on. Line up next to a duck and nudge into it rather than ramming it from behind.
- Don't overshoot the edge: Big boosts plus a sharp steer can launch you off the slide. Falling to the ground ends the race with no placing bonus, so ease off near the rim.
- Upgrade before you buy: All 12 characters top out at the same stats, so a fully upgraded free Yellow Duck is as fast as a fully upgraded Shark. Buy new characters for the look; put early coins into Speed and Booster.
- Always press x3: x3 adds three times the race's coins on top โ 46 coins became 184 in total in our test. It is the biggest boost to your coin count after every race.

How do you play Duck Slide.io?
Press PLAY and wait for the countdown; your duck slides off and speeds up by itself. Steer by dragging left and right with the mouse, or with A/D or the arrow keys. Ride the boost pads, dodge the swinging hammers, slide through stars and finish as high as you can in the pool at the bottom.
Is Duck Slide.io multiplayer?
No. Despite the .io in its name, Duck Slide.io is single-player: all 11 rivals in every race are computer-controlled. There is no online play and no chat.
How many characters and slides are there?
12 characters and five water slides. The Yellow Duck is free; the others cost from 200 coins (Red Duck) to 6,000 coins (Shark). Every race picks one of the five slides at random.
How do I get coins fast?
Finish near the front (20 coins for 1st), slide through every star (3 coins each), knock rivals off from the side (3 coins each) and press x3 after each race. The four daily tasks pay 50 coins each, and the Free tab gives 550 coins more across five rewards, one every five minutes.
What happens if I fall off the slide?
If your duck flies off the slide and lands on the ground instead of in the pool, the race ends early. You keep the coins you already picked up, but you get no placing bonus.
Which duck is the best?
When fully upgraded, all 12 characters have the same top Speed, Handling and Booster; they differ only in starting stats and looks. Upgrading the free Yellow Duck is the cheapest way to get fast โ maxing one stat costs 4,700 coins.
Is Duck Slide.io like Aquapark.io?

Is the game in Japanese?
Yes. Duck Slide.io opens in Japanese automatically when your browser is set to Japanese or when you play from the Japanese page (playgami.gg/ja/game/duck-slide-io); otherwise it starts in English. You can switch between English and Japanese any time with the Language button in Settings, and the game remembers your choice.

The game supports drag-to-steer with a finger and adapts to portrait and landscape screens. We have tested it in desktop browsers so far, so a computer is the recommended way to play for now.
Does my progress save?
